Electrobot respects and protects the consumer from defective products and from markets where he was not happy. Returns are accepted only when the following conditions are met and after consultation with our company.
- The date of receipt of the products has not exceeded 14 calendar days.
- Return the product to be accompanied by the relevant purchase receipt.
- The products should be in their original packaging just as you received them.
- In cases where our company accepts the shipping charge for the return of products, they will be accepted only when they are sent by ELTA courier.
- In cases where the product you received is defective:
You return the product at the expense of our company. The product is controlled by the manufacturer and replaced or repaired. The product is sent back at the expense of our company (ELTA courier only).
- In cases where you received a product and wish to be refunded:
You return the product following the refund terms and the shipping expenses are charged to the customer. The entire value of the order is returned.
- In cases where you have received a product and wish it to be returned and replaced by another product:
You return the product following the refund terms and the shipping charge for returning and sending the new product is charged to the customer.
